After 30 years in fast-paced corporate roles, managing teams while raising a family and caring for ageing parents, I know what it’s like to appear in control on the outside while struggling with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and self-doubt on the inside.
Facing my own health challenges, fertility journeys, grief, and career pressures revealed just how powerfully the mind affects our wellbeing, resilience and ability to cope. Through these experiences, I discovered the life-changing impact of caring for my mental fitness and seeking professional support when I needed it most.
That’s why I decided to retrain, swapping boardrooms for the chance to help people reset, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with more ease and confidence toward a more positive, hopeful, and happier state of mind.
