    Each session typically takes 50 minutes and consists of two parts. The first part includes a positive conversation focusing on your goals for the therapy work we’ll complete together, followed by a relaxing hypnosis session.

    During your session, we will explore the specific challenges you face, focusing on positive outcomes. During hypnosis you will enter a relaxed state where your mind is open and receptive.
