I’m a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist (MNCH (reg), LAPHP, SFHD, HPD) and Mental Fitness Specialist, passionate about helping people build healthier, kinder relationships with their minds—so you can think more clearly, break unhelpful habits, and happier, and live life with greater confidence.

My approach is all about empowering you to understand and work with both your conscious and subconscious mind. So many of the patterns that shape how we think, feel, and behave run beneath the surface. By working at both levels, I help you create changes that feel natural, sustainable, and truly lasting.

I blend neuroscience-informed hypnotherapy with practical tools from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), NLP, and positive psychology. Instead of digging endlessly into the past, my focus is forward-looking and practical—helping you step out of unhelpful loops, reconnect with yourself, regulate your emotions, and build positive mental fitness.

I work with individuals and groups, often supporting people who seem to be coping well on the outside but feel mentally tired, stuck, or disconnected underneath. My clients learn how to work with their minds instead of against them, strengthen emotional regulation, reduce overthinking, and develop more supportive internal patterns.
