Hi, I’m Suzanne. I’m a qualified, solution focused hypnotherapist, and I help people get happier... bold statement, I know, but that’s it. That’s what I do.

I help people reduce stress and anxiety, sleep better, change their unhelpful beliefs, quit bad habits, overcome fears, and build their confidence and resilience.

I work with busy parents, professional men and women, business owners and young adults.

I offer 1:1 private sessions designed to your specific issues and as a solution focused hypnotherapist, everything we do is focused on present and future goals. We don’t dwell on the past, we focus on what’s now and next, taking small steps steps to make a big difference.

  • In your session, you can expect a warm welcome in a relaxed, safe and confidential space, whether we meet in person at one of my clinics or online.

    Each session takes 50 minutes and consists of two parts.

    The first part includes a positive and open conversation where we focus on your goals for our worktogether, followed by a relaxing hypnosis session.

    We will explore your specific challenges, focusing on positive outcomes. During hypnosis, you will enter into a natural, relaxed state where your subconscious mind is open and focused.
