My journey into hypnotherapy, like many others, began with my own experiences and challenges in balancing a demanding career, family life, and personal health issues. Hypnotherapy transformed my life and mindset, helping me break unhelpful habits and manage stress with greater ease and confidence.
After a successful 20+ year corporate career in sales and marketing, I retrained as a solution focused hypnotherapist to help others experience the same profound benefits.
Today, I work with my clients to achieve personal growth and transformative change. Together, we navigate challenges, overcome obstacles, and work towards their future aspirations to live a life they want. I consider it a privilege to be part of their journey.

I'm a member of the Association for Professional Hypnosis & Psychotherapy (APHP) and hold a Solution Focused Hypnotherapy Diploma (SFHD), graduating from the SFTA training academy.

In your session, you can expect a warm welcome in a relaxed, safe and confidential space, whether we meet in person at one of my clinics or online.
Each session takes 50 minutes and consists of two parts.
The first part includes a positive and open conversation where we focus on your goals for our worktogether, followed by a relaxing hypnosis session.
We will explore your specific challenges, focusing on positive outcomes. During hypnosis, you will enter into a natural, relaxed state where your subconscious mind is open and focused.
