Hi, I’m Suzanne, a qualified solution focused hypnotherapist.

I’m passionate about helping my clients overcome stress, dial down anxiety, boost their confidence, avoid burnout and build resilience.

As a working parent with a 20+ year corporate career in sales and marketing behind me, I understand how tough and challenging modern life can be.   • In your session, you can expect a warm welcome in a relaxed, safe and confidential space, whether we meet in person at one of my clinics or online.

    Each session takes 50 minutes and consists of two parts.

    The first part includes a positive and open conversation where we focus on your goals for our worktogether, followed by a relaxing hypnosis session.

    We will explore your specific challenges, focusing on positive outcomes. During hypnosis, you will enter into a natural, relaxed state where your subconscious mind is open and focused.
